Jacopo Martinotti currently lives and works in Milan (Italy). In 2020 he recived a master’s degree in Visual Arts and Curatorial Studies from the New Academy of Fine Arts – NABA.
Recent exhibitions include: 21° Cairo Prize, Palazzo Reale, Milan; video-projection of “Encyclopédie de l’Architecture Nouvelle” at Triangolo Gallery, Cremona; “Hic”, curated by Saverio Verini and Michele Tocca at z2o Sara Zanin gallery, Rome, Open Cinema, Spazio Volta.
In 2020 the exibithion “Qui Domani Oggi” curated by Ilaria Gianni for the AccadeMibact Prize, Rome. In 2019 “The End (act I)”, Catelvetro Piacentino, in collaboration with Triangolo Gallery and “The End (act II)”, IX edition ArtDate Contemporary Art Festival, Treviglio; “Agli- Scultori Giovani”, FAI at Villa Necchi Campiglio, Milan; Project Room VIR, VIR VIafarini, Milan; “È il corpo che decide” – Furla Seires workshop with Marcello Maloberti, Museo del Novecento, Milan.
Between 2017 and 2018 he also exhibited: “Four” at Pini Fondation, Milan; “Biennale Giovani Monza” Seventh edition; “Colore sempre vivo” for Città di Treviglio Prize and “The Great Learning” curated by Marco Scotini at Triennale, Milan.
